50+ lbs down and feeling great18 -
Started one year ago today at 325 weighed in at 242 this week. Goal weight is 195 for now. I’ll reevaluate and see what my final number is once I hit they goal.15 -

This was my 5 months transformation in 2014. I dropped around 55 lbs. The main focus was eating clean and learn about nutrition. I did 30 minutes workout at home. Now I am doing it again for 7 weeks. I am planning to join the gym very soon.8 -

Both of us had already lost some weight before 2012 but have continued and are maintaining.
