I am still pushing for that 180's by March 1st! I got out walking for 1.5 hours yesterday, and am starting a new dumbbell weight lifting routine today.
I plan on working out at home, I have many dumbbells, a barbell and a bow flex. It's hard to actually measure weight on the bowflex, so I prefer the free weights.
Is anyone else working out at home?4 -
Here is a pic from my hike. I loove the sunshine!

I stationary bike and treadmill at home along with beginning to use dumbbells. The treadmill and bike have calorie counters on them.
I was hoping to see 189 on Sunday 01 March, but currently 195 does not seem rational to see 189 in 6 days.

14 more pounds to go. This will probably take longer than this challenge. My loss rate has slowed considerable since the initial loss of water weight. I will be happy to lose even 8 more pounds over the next months. I started back to the gym yesterday, and whenever I do that my appetite increases so we will see what happens. I will continue logging everyday and sticking to calorie goal.3 -

Determined to get into the "160's", hopefully by the end of March. I have worked out and moved so much for the past 3 months and I'm starting to feel so much better. Let's keep it going!4 -

MY NAME IS DONNA. I AM 59 YEARS YOUNG & FROM THE MIDWEST USA. I AM APPROX 5’ 5” TALL.

Challenge Starting Weight: 191.6 on January 31st
Challenge Level: ✴✴✴ (15 lbs.)
Challenge Goal weight: 176.6
February 01: 191.6 Good luck everyone!
February 08: 192.0 I started my new plan in order to figure out what is going on with my glucose numbers. Watching calories more than carbs this time (glucose has been running too low!). Today and yesterday found my glucose too high so I will continue to tweak to see if I can come up with a good weight loss plan without hurting my T2D efforts. I am down 0.1 from yesterday which I will call a normal fluctuation.
February 15: 194.8 Clearly my Valentine’s Day was wonderful and full of food and candy-filled surprises. Back at it today.
February 22: 195.0 My weight went up this past week after travel and more glucose problems. At a snail’s pace, it is slowly coming back down over the past 2 days. I hope next week’s weight will be even better!
February 29: 198.6 A 3 lb gain overnight. ½ of a restaurant meal. Good calorie count. Good extra exercise. But carbs hate me. Back to the grind again today!

@deepwoodslady I'm glad that you're keeping such a positive attitude about everything even though it's not going quite as you had planned. With weight fluctuations though, you didn't actually "gain" 3 pounds overnight, and hopefully it'll go back down/stabilize. You got this, Donna!
@CaliMomTeach Wow! 11 pounds in a month.
As for your appetite increasing at the gym, maybe try drinking more water before and after your workouts? That might help!1 -

I have been tracking, and I thought I had posted weekly weights, but I can't find them. I have got back down below 150, but it's slow going.
Let's try this again. Never give up! Never give in!

Hi Everyone,
I just jumped in and now I am finally introducing myself. I'm 5'0, I live in Arizona. I am plugging along! Thanks for the support of this thread. My doctor and I set a goal of 108 pounds as my healthy weight because I have a very small frame. So this challenge will get me close! My bodyfat percentage is going down too, it was over 40% when I started and is down to 38%. Still a long way to go to healthy, but I am taking one week at a time.
