Hello Everyone, My name is David I am a DJ and marketing consultant. Looking to balance my lifestyle with eating healthy and creating a consistent workout I can do at home or on the go.

    Hi David. As a new user and fitness journeyman, just take it slowly. One change or adjustment at a time. Start using app, tracking what you eat to determine your “bad eating habits”. Then take the next step and start to walk daily. This can be accomplished anywhere and doesn’t require equipment. From there you will gather your rhythm and focus which will motivate you daily to stay at it. I will add you as friend. 👍🏾
