Whether you weigh in daily or weekly, please join us for March! For me personally, I like to weigh in everyday with the understanding that weight fluctuates. The importance is seeing the weight trend going down. This is all about responsibility (self) and accountability (group) for becoming a healthier US!     I'm in!

    My name is Chris. I am 69 and will be 70 on March 12th. I am scheduled for a total hip replacement March 10th. My weight has been going up and up the last couple of weeks. I am a stress eater for sure. :o <--this is me with my mouth open waiting for food!!! :D

    My DH and I used to walk 5 miles five times a week in 80-90 mins then I had a pinched nerve in my back which the doc fixed last June but then my hip started yelling at me, so we haven't walked in about a year and a half. It's killing me, but I'll be back to walking sometime in summer. ;)

    My goal is to lose 2.4kg by 20th March first day of Spring. Seems doable and I don’t want it to be just water weight actually fat loss! Will join for accountability x
