Hello!
I have used MFP on and off for a long time. First challenge in a group for me. Goal is to lose 10 lbs in March and increase my daily steps to 12,000 and workout with weights 3 times a week to get there. I just turned 50 in January and it is so much harder for me to lose weight now than it was just a couple of years ago. I also plan to track my meals. Thanks for setting up the challenge!

Setting a big goal for March because I’ve been basically maintaining in Feb...so I’m hoping for a new whoosh kicking up my plan?!? Not sure if it’ll work that way...but 191 is a threshold putting me from “obese” to “overweight” - which I know is arbitrary but it’s my next goa!! And also so close to being free of the 200s, hopefully forevermore.
