    I'd like to join! I am 58, I go to the gym and lift weights 3-4x per week, spin class 2x per week. Eating is my culprit. Trying to fix that by counting macros.

    I would like to, how do I join? My challenges section always shows up empty saying no challenges available.

    Hi Up on the left in the blue bar .. it says Groups, hit it and a list of Challenges it there to join by hitting join on any particular one that you want to join. I beleive this is just a thread challenge.

    PLAN OF ACTION
    Oxycise 1-2 times a day (I mean...it's 15 mins) :smile:
    Athlean or another body sculpting and/or cardio workouts (30 mins, M-W-F)
    Weekends are mostly recovery...walking, yoga, etc...
    Enter all food/drinks into MFP

    My backstory....
    December 2002, I weighed 208. Dropped 60# (30# in 3 months...2003), kept it off for a 1 & 1/2 then dropped another 33# (another 3 months). I was at my best weight (145#). All on WW
    I hurt my shoulder in 2007 so I wasn't able to workout anymore and I gained EVERYTHING BACK (minus 2.5#) but in the last 6 months, gained 30#. I'm miserable and tired of seeing the backfat. I'm in menopause so I understand why the weight gain but I've also not helped with my lazy butt & horrible eating habits. I've tried Keto (can't do dairy) but I do not want to go back to low-fat, fat-free as I know what it does to your brain so I'm just tracking my stuff in MFP and using their guide for Fat/Fiber/Carbs/Calories to assist in my healthy goals.

    I did log all of my food today. Often I try to fool myself thinking I won’t log it and maybe it won’t count. Ridiculous! I did do a Leslie Sansone walk video this afternoon. 1 mile in 15 mins. That’s so minimal for many, but wouldn’t you know my right hip was hurting and also my left knee. Not terrible but enough for me to notice. Afterwards I felt so pumped that I actually did it! The pains left right away. I walk my dogs often but it’s not at a significant pace. I’m already looking forward to doing a walk video tomorrow! This was free on YouTube. Here’s a high-five to everyone in this group trying to be better!

    I have to have surgery on my foot on March 30th so right now no exercise for me. I’m religiously weighing and logging my food and doing a dance to the scale gods before I weigh myself in the mornings.

    Hi guys, so I am a little late in posting, I am doing a daily challenge so I know what my start weight is. My name is Leigh and I have been a member of MFP for quite awhile. I did get down to 143 back in 2010 but I seem to have gained it back and a few friends.

    It is hard now at age 52(on Sunday) but then I do want to get healthy and be able to go out and walk and bike again.
    I have had a membership at Fit4Less for over a year and I use it more for the massage chairs than the exercise equipment.

    My goal for this challenge is to eat within my calories and get more fit.

    I am going to release the weight (if I say loose, well when you lose something it comes back). Been there done that!

    I am in! This is my first challenge here, so I hope I am doing it right (please let me know if I am not). I am working towards bariatric surgery this summer (please hold your negative opinions or horror stories) and am working on losing my pre-surgery weight. I love the idea of having a group to check in with! I need to get down to 355lbs, I am currently at 385.

    Major depression causes me to barely move, just stay in bed most of the day. Sometimes sleep for 24hours straight
