Meal Plans

Just wondering if anyone is willing to share their meal plans with me? I'm still looking for suitable meal plans that are 1100-1200 calories and are pretty clean. I really need try to stay away from too many processed foods. I think that is my evil.

    just keep track on the recipes here, they have it all from breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks. You can also do a search for topics such as what did you eat for b,l and dinner...I think that may help you..

    Mix and match these foods to fit your macros/calories.


    Good Proteins:
    egg whites
    boneless/skinless chicken breast
    turkey breast
    salmon
    tuna
    tilapia
    lean steaks
    lean ground beef, chicken, turkey
    lean pork
    crab
    lobster
    shrimp
    whey powder


    Good Complex Carbs:
    oatmeal
    yams
    sweet potatoes
    red potatoes
    beans (pinto, black, kidney, lentils)
    brown rice
    whole wheat pasta
    whole wheat breads/pitas
    farina (Cream of Wheat)
    rye cereal

    Fibrous carbs:
    romaine lettuce
    celery
    asparagus
    broccoli
    cauliflower
    brussels sprouts
    cucumber
    green pepper
    red pepper
    zucchini
    spinach

    Sources of Good Fats:
    olive oil
    flax oil
    fish oil
    udo's oil
    almonds
    real cheese
    natural peanut butter
    natural almond butter
    avacado

    Example Snacks:
    Fruit
    veggies and hummus or dip
    plain oatmeal with 1/4 cup granola
    Peanut butter and apple or banana
    Half sandwhich
    string cheese + nuts or chicken
    Cottage cheese + fruit/berries/yogurt
    Cottage cheese + tuna + salsa
    air popped popcorn
    Smothies and shakes made with fruit/veggies/whey
