Love that little man 😍
Don't let that face fool you! 🙄 We were in the middle of a serious discussion about why he no longer wants to come upstairs and sleep in my room (in his own bed.) Apparently he's "all grown up now," and doesn't need me....to be continued. 😂
It’s not cool to be seen sleeping in his moms room when his *kitten* are around see, but don’t worry he’ll always come back to you when things go tits up 😂2 -
Cold but worth it. 😍

A fresh batch of breakfast muffins. I'm covered now for 3 weeks.
Those look amazing! What's in them ??
Nothing remarkable. Flour, oatmeal, peaches, agave syrup, baking powder, baking soda, salt, vegetable oil, milk, eggs and vanilla.
They work out to 144 calories each. Next batch I'm adding almonds for protein. I can message anyone the recipe if they're interested.3 -

Recipe for anyone that wants it.
Oat and Peach Breakfast Muffins
2 cups all-purpose flour (can sub half whole wheat)
1/2 cup agave syrup
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
1/2 teaspoon ground cloves
1 cup old-fashioned oats
2 cups diced frozen peaches
2 eggs
1 cup milk (I use 1% Lactose Free)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 cup vegetable oil
While baking convention says you need to mix your wet ingredients and your dry ingredients separately, I have no problem dumping everything but the peaches in one bowl and then mixing it all together until combined. Add peaches once the batter is combined. Lightly grease or line 18 standard size muffin tins, and bake at 350°F for 25 minutes. If not quite golden brown, bake another 5 mins.
