I've already lost 60 lbs, so I'm off to a good start. I know it's gonna take more than just a positive attitude to shed this extra weight I need to lose and keep it off. I'd like to lose at least another 30 lbs. It's gonna take hard work/exercise, commitment, discipline, and I'm gonna have to adjust my diet a little more, and stick with it. That's my plan going forward. My fitness pal was recommended by my doctor, so I'm giving it a shot. I'm sure that being able to communicate with other people that are trying to do the same thing I'm doing will help keep me motivated and on the right track.

Once you get your hunger under control or mostly controlled a good deal of the rest happens between the ears. In that respect a positive attitude will do much of the heavy lifting.

Good job on losing 60. Now that you are down to 30 to go remember that you need to be losing at a slower rate of speed. No more than 1 pound per week. If you try to go faster than that you may sacrifice muscle but beyond that it will make everything harder.

Nice job! 60 pounds down would have taken a lot of hard work and dedication and patience....which is what I lack sometimes! And welcome to MFP!

Congratulations on your loss so far. I have the same amount to lose as you do: 30lbs, so am happy to stay in touch and motivate each other.
