I’ve been eating tight and working out like crazy, I gained 6 pounds. Wth....discouraged

    Do you log everything- do you weigh your food - what’s your calorie goal - lots of factors- just try to tweak some things and keep grinding -

    Cardio and water water water. Keep eating clean and don’t give up!

    Eat enough.. Not too much not too little 😉

    Stay on track 😉.. You will lose fats but it takes time. Keep going
