    I'm in!

    My name is Chris. I am 69 and will be 70 on March 12th. I am scheduled for a total hip replacement March 10th. My weight has been going up and up the last couple of weeks. I am a stress eater for sure. :o <--this is me with my mouth open waiting for food!!! :D

    My DH and I used to walk 5 miles five times a week in 80-90 mins then I had a pinched nerve in my back which the doc fixed last June but then my hip started yelling at me, so we haven't walked in about a year and a half. It's killing me, but I'll be back to walking sometime in summer. ;)

    Not liking the results yet, but I am logging in all my eats and drinks. Have some fluid on my knee, calf and down into my foot that's preventing some activity. Having an ultrasound Friday and an injection in a couple weeks. Hopefully that will take care of it. :)
