Hoping joining late is OK! This timing is perfect for me. I'm also tracking body fat as that's the number I'd really like to move...the scale number is a little less important to me if I like what I see in the mirror.

I’m jumping in late! I love the encouragement and accountability that these challenges give me. I’ve steadily been gaining over the winter and it’s time to get back to being healthy and happy. I have a serious sweets addiction that I’m hopefully going to break in the first couple of weeks here (the cravings are real!!). I’m also going to be training for a 10K that will happen in early June. It will be my first in almost 10 years so I’m excited!

Exactly the same... 😆 this would leave me with 5lbs to lose by April, probably not happening, I'm glad I've stuck with tracking and am still trying to make good food choices despite a lot of turmoil lately.3 -
I realize I’m a little late, but I’m in! Doing it this way really helped me last summer. I was down to 237 last October from a high of 278. Then had shoulder surgery and suspended the Y, plus we went on vacation, then the holidays and before I knew it all that hard work was gone. Or almost gone. Still 15 lbs less than I was this time last year. But, starting again! And also want to start back at the Y as I feel that helped keep me motivated. Looking forward to cheering everyone on!

I fell off the wagon a little because I went to my sister's over the weekend and decided to just relax for a day. I'm back at it and just started working where I'm on my feet most of the day cleaning and caring for kids. Not a lot of time to snack either so that's a plus. I take my liter of water with me and that's that.

Have some fluid on my knee, calf, and foot - so that whole leg is horribly painful so not as active. Went to Doc today so ultrasound and a shot in the knee should take care of it, we hope. Not seeing much progress and am faithfully loading everything into this system. Not giving up. Gonna keep trying ..and drinking more water1 -
