Measuring a few days early but it's what works for me. Made my weekly goal of 1.5 pounds but that leaves me short of my two week target of three pounds. But considering how bad I was with a sinus infection that got down into my chest and only started felling well enough to push it within the last few days, I'll take it.

Fridays work better as weigh in days for me. It was an awesome week getting back into all of this. I'm getting started with my run training slowly and my run today felt great. Overall feeling really good. I'm working on breaking my sugar addiction (such a candy lover!) by letting myself enjoy a lot of fruit. Loving it!

Hi All,
Happy Sunday! The week started off great but everything shifted for me mid week. I was presented with challenges that changed my state of mind. Dieting started to feel arbitrary and as my priorities changed, my inanition went out the window.
Today, I'm focusing on shifting my perspective and powering through to my ultimate goal! Good luck to everyone! Stay positive and keep in mind that no matter where you are on your journey, today is always the best day to be present, focus on your intent, and shift perspective if need be.
