My weightlifting was going great but with covid-19, thinking I may be skipping the gym and staying in my apartment for sometime. Wondering if people have links to good home workouts. I am sure there must be a way to maintain some gains/stay in shape at home. Would love suggestions! Thanks!!!!

I follow a few channels on Youtube that has bodyweight workouts.
Sometimes I freestyle and create a circuit based on what I'm focusing on for the day. I usually do 6 moves in 3 sets of 12. For example:
Abs/core? Mountain planks, burpees, side plank with a leg lift, Russian twists, oblique V-ups, hanging leg raises.
Lower body? Jump lunges, air squats, leg lifts, sumo squats, glute bridges, supine leg curls (well I use an exercise ball with this one).
Also there are a lot of resources online that has bodyweight circuits such as on Pinterest and my fav Darebee.com/workouts.html4 -
Check out popsugar fitness or fitness blender on YouTube. ExerciseTV and dailymotion.com also have some good videos.1
