Looking for a challenge with star jumps/ push-ups/ squats et

So sort of like the 100 push-up challenge but with a bit more variety.

Anyone know of anything I can work towards?

    Insanity. All the push ups, squats, and jumping you could ever hope for ^_^
  • I saw a post on here for a 4 min workout.. maybe you might like it:
    20 sec Squat Thrust
    10 sec Rest
    20 sec Mountain Climbers
    10 sec Rest
    20 sec High Knees
    10 sec Rest
    20 sec Jumping Jacks
    10 sec Rest
    20 sec Squat Thrust
    10 sec Rest
    20 sec Mountain Climbers
    10 sec Rest
    20 sec High Knees
    10 sec Rest
    20 sec Jumping Jacks
    10 sec Rest
    Done!

    It's pretty serious!

    Not sure what a squat thrust is so will have a look on you tube but yes that one looks good, I will have a go later! I'm in the UK and they don't really sell insanity here, so sadly that's not really an option. I just need a new challenge cos I'm pretty much done with weight loss and want to focus on something else...
