Great news.. yard work burns the calories!!! 4.7lbs... it helps that I actually look before eat and say, “eww, do I really want to put that in my diary?” It works😁 I am motivated a little more now!

    Way to go

Ok I'm 48, been on this fitness journey for 4 years. I'm getting close to the home stretch = Maintenance.

I'm open to friends if anyone wants to see my diary or ask me questions. I'm not a trainer but would like to think I could offer some helpful advice or useful encouragement.

Age 45 here! Reached my goal weight a little over 6 years ago and have maintained ever since. For me, my 40’s have been the best years of my life because I am more fit and confident than I ever was when I was younger. I wouldn’t have dared to wear bikinis in my 20’s and 30’s but I love wearing them in my 40’s now that trail running has given me a great shape and improved my posture 100%. Feel free to add me :)

Rockin the red bikini. Way to go. I have done a few trail runs, but prefer running on streets and bike paths. Fewer roots to trip over

    Feel free to add me.

Thanks! I also run pavement and bike paths but my real passion is running up and down hills and mountains! Request sent :)
