12 week Turbo Fire done. 12lbs GONE. Pictures....

So, actually it took me 16 weeks to complete the 12 week Turbo Fire program. I took a lot of extra rest days and inserted the occasional different workout (like mountain biking or jogging). I did not follow the diet it program. I did try to follow MFP but didn't do a good job on that either. I probably averaged about 2000 NET calories a day.
I've lost 12lbs as of this morning.
1 inch off my waist, hips, thighs, and um, bust.
It appears I've gained an quarter inch on my arms but that might be a measurement error, either way they didn't get smaller which is good.
The difference in fitness level and confidence is amazing.
Down about a pant size.
Now for the pictures. I fully admit I was trying to flex this morning, while my before pictures I wasn't. And the before pictures are actually from April when I first started Turbo FIre but had to quit after a week or so due to tweaking my knee and finals at school. Right click over the image and select "view image" to see the whole thing (then you just have to select back).
Also, this is my nerdy excel spreadsheet. You can see I didn't track calories the entire time.
Also, just for fun, this is my weight chart since I had my last kid.

Chalene Johnson. At first I found her kind of annoying and cheesy. She's uber peppy and chearleader-y. But after a while I found it "cute".0 -

AWESOME!!! I am going to (re)start a 20 week round of TF on Monday, and I am hoping it'll help me get to my goal weight. I have done a hybrid with it and CLX, but I haven't done straight up TF yet.
You make me excited to start!0 -
Great improvement! 12 pounds difference, but I'll bet you gained muscle and lost more fat!0
