Not new to MyFitnessPal but has been a long time..new account. Actually been dieting without tracking since January. Starting weight 168. Current weight 153🙌🏼. Goal weight right now is 145. Then I adjust my goals. I find it easier to make small goals or I lose my motivation bc my goal seems so far. Works for me! Big on intermittent fasting! Eat mostly lazy keto but not full time. I should go strict keto. Just not ready especially with everything going on right now and grocery stores being wiped out the min they stock. Let’s be friends 😊😁
