I only lost 2 lbs last challenge (although jumped on the scale this morning and have miraculously lost one more - whoop!)
I've got a gorgeous new dress to wear for my Breakfast at Tiffany's themed party on 30th September and as long as i don't sit/eat/drink/breathe the zipper just about stays together...so hopefully with a little hard work i'll be able to have some wiggle room!

I plan on kicking my exercise up a bit this month. I lost 6.4 lbs last month and am very happy with my progress! Who knows? Maybe I can get down to 239.9 lbs this month and have my middle number change twice!?0 -

I've been taking less pain meds since coming home from my holidays so there's been some satisfactory weight loss over the weekend: looks like I'll be off to a flying start to this month on Thursday, all being well0

Hi all,hoping I'm not too late to join this! I had a really good start to august but then lost motivation -have decided that September is THE month to kick start! My sw is 173, I doubt I'll see a loss by this Thursday but would LOVE to be back down to 170 by next week! Thanks for doing this jbiles really hope I'm not too late!0
