Hi all, I’ve just started with this app yesterday, so apologises for any ‘silly’ questions.
When putting in your food diary how do you guys know you are being accurate with measurements? Are you measuring the food portions out then able to search for the food you’ve had to update diary? Thanks guys. Take care

Yes, you measure your food out first. For example, if you measure out 3 oz. of chicken, thats what you would enter in your diary. You locate the particular food in your diary by clicking Add Food, then type in the food name, then it will allow you to select the portion size.0
