I have learned that regardless if you think you look horrible...there are other people that see you and your weight currently as a goal. Drop your current picture and be someone’s inspiration.

One year difference, same weight.
Started my weight loss journey to lose weight after having a baby. I weighed 172 December 2018 I only did cardio and by December 2019 was 125lb. I decided to start lifting weights in dec and am loving the results so far! I’ve gained back 10lb but I think my body looks better, as long as I don’t gain any more. It’s been hard with all the Coronavirus going on and stress of working at home with 2 little kids to juggle.5 -
Took 18 months to lose 106 lbs. I have maintained within 10 lbs for 6 months now. I still want to lose another 15 lbs or so but focused on maintaining right now. Life is not easy right now, but so far no problems with maintenance.9 -
