home exercise with weights

looking at what's in the database the exercise are all gym machine ones. I have 3 lb weights, have a stay in home order all gyms closed. i have been doing arm exercises lifts, curls, front, sides there is one in the database i can use but not the others. how do we get the ones one without machines. in the database. ihave no way of knowing how many calories are burned

    It's frustrating. I just try to find the closest thing to use as an estimate.

    Like say "calisthenics" for my home workout. You can put light or intense effort.

    I put it under strength training for cardio

    I log either strength training or calisthenics-light effort under the cardio entries.

    I use "Strength training (weight lifting, weight training)."

    Like others have said, this needs to go in the cardio section. Strength training is just for notes; does not give you exercise calories.
