Hey all my fellow MFPers, I recently found these two articles and i wanted to share. the first article talks about the idea that losing weight at a slower and steadier pace is more normal than we think. the second article has a body weight simulator. it calculates daily calories as well as gives you a graph to show how long it would take to lose a certain amount of weight.
