Getting back on track

I've slowly fell off the wagon over the last 1.5 years and have gained about 7 pounds. I would like to lose them and find my love for working out again. I need active friends to help keep me motivated. I'm a busy mom, student, and work part time as a nurse. Anyone else with similar circumstances?

Sorry to hear you fell off the wagon, you got this! If you can work out indoors You Tube has been my recent discovery since I can't go to the gym. I've done basics like Leslie Sansone walking videos, different types of dance- today was Bollywood and belly dancing, weights each day, plank and ab challenges, and discovered foam rolling a few days ago and love it. If anything there's so much to choose from I'm doing too much and that's including taking a ton of steps now that I have a Fitbit. I'm obviously not as busy as you are!0
