Hey Everyone!

I started MFP about 5 years ago! I lost 170 pounds! Woo hoo! I have now gained back 50 of those pounds. So very discouraged with myself for gaining that much weight.
I decided to start a fresh My Fitness Pal account so that I could lose the "i already lost so much weight gaining a few is fine" mentality.

I have attached a before/lowest and on the bottom current picture! Here's to losing that 50 lbs i gained back and then some! Also add me if you want support/friends!

    After losing 170 lbs, you should be able to get rid of that 50 OK

    You can do it! One meal at a time! You have already started non scale victories because you are here. Draw on your experience. Don't "diet" eat healthy-your healthy. What works for you. You are soo worth it!
