Green Smoothie Time Saver

I used to make green smoothies every day but it was time consuming because I put a ton of good stuff in them...protein powder, hemp hearts, Chia seeds, flax, pumpkin and sunflower seeds, etc, etc. Everything is kept in separate containers. So I bought some cute little jars at the dollar store and made up little smoothie kits. Thought this might help someone else out there.

I used to freeze individual bags of greens and fruit to make life easy too, saved chopped everyday and the freezing contributed to nicer smoothies4

What's your smoothie recipe?0

Very pretty jars OP!
I plan out my meal one week in advance. For whatever smoothies I plan on making, on my meal prep day I separate the dry ingredients (protein powder, flax/hemp/chia seeds, collagen powder, cinnamon, green superfood powder, cacao nibs, spirulina etc.) and the frozen fruit/veggies/greens.
When it's time for me to make it all I need to do it put each one in my Nutribullet mug, add water or almond milk and blend.
It's such a great time saver!4 -
