Hi everyone, I just found this site and feel it's a great way to track my progress and my food diary. I like the way it adds up all the calories for you.
I just bought the newest biggest loser 30 day program book. I think it will be easy to follow the 30 day plan, as it breaks down the exercise portion on a daily basis. No having to think about what exercises to do each day! Today is day one. I have done well with the food portion, but haven't exercised yet.:embarassed:
I am looking forward to starting a new way of eating, and hope that I keep up the motivation to continue this at least for the 30 day program. One day at a time, as they say.
