Can't lose weight

I've lost over 40 lbs. I'm currently 5'8" and 166 lbs. I exercise all the time, walk 3 times a day, sometimes run. I eat right, and can't lose weight. I'm 166 every day. The app tells me that I should weigh 151 lbs if I keep up my current routine, but I've been 166 for 4 months. Just curious if anyone has any suggestions? Thanks, I'll hang up and listen.

This was my first thought too. I don't bother to update MFP very often but I just did and the change in weight deducted another 10 calories from my daily goal. In the last 2 years my base calories have dropped by over 1k.
The quick answer to 4 months of zero weight loss is that you are currently eating your maintenance calories. This either means you are eating more than you think or your base calorie goal is too high or your exercise calories are too high.
Eating more than you think is often the culprit and it is easily remedied with a food scale if you have not been using one, logging missed calories (cooking sprays, cream in coffee, etc) and personally verifying the calories of the MFP database entries you use against a label or the USDA website.5 -
Thus sounds just like me right now Im 168lbs and 5ft7, I've been the same weight since Xmas. I eat 1550 Cal's a day, I breastfeed a toddler do some exercise each day and walk a lot (although quarantine ruining that). But I'm pretty sure my problem is weekends, I don't log at weekends.3
