Great job girl! How long it takes and what diet you follow?... tell me some information please. I start my journey November 2019 at 270lb and now at 232lb but I don’t feel any different at that point, hope to reach 160lb by next November, you really inspired me .3

Congratulations on your progress! It took me a year to lose the first 100lbs and I wasnt following any certain diet but I drastically lowered my sugar intake, as I have a sweet tooth, and 3 months into my journey I started calorie counting. I had no idea I was eating so many excess calories so it was eye opening. I try to meal prep dinners every week and this has helped me maintain. I started off with the usual chicken and brown rice but after a while of cooking I found more recipes that I liked. I am a foodie at heart and always will be. This lifestyle is still challenging for me but I'm now on almost 3 years of learning to maintain and that is the hardest part. I started weight lifting and doing less cardio and gained 25lbs over the course of a year. I am trying to be a mindful eater so that I dont rely on calorie counting because it became a crutch for me. Slowly but surely I'm getting there and I'm sure you're doing great also!12 -

You are such an inspiration to me! I am 336lbs and I am just starting my journey again. I once lost 40 and gained it all back, but I’m pushing myself to do it this time. I’m the biggest I’ve ever been. Do you have any advice for people who are just starting out? I would love to be friends on here so we can chit chat a bit.2
