Seems like I'm starting all over. In a way I am. I've been slacking off since Christmas. Now that I am into a routine, I have been upping my walks and keeping myself busy. Hope to see some regular losses. BTW, Happy Birthday to me yesterday!!

Hope it’s alright for me to join 😊. I’m Laura from Scotland. This time last year I was 160lbs 😢 so I have decide that I need some motivation and this challenge looks like exactly what I need to get back to that happy place.

Joining late if that’s ok as just rejoined MFP.
I’m female, 5ft 2 and live in the UK. Decided to use lockdown to really focus on starting good habits rather than attempt to learn a language or become an artisan baker like the rest of the population! I’ve lost a lot of weight in the past and have done some triathlons etc in last couple of years so there’s the temptation to set crazy goals and compare what I did then. But Slow steady and sustainable is the name of the game this time!
