Hey everybody. I'm looking for some MFP buddies. I'm what you'd call a pro-dieter. Last year I lost the 22kg (44lbs+/-) and then I regained it ...again. so this time is about losing and keeping off.
I lift, I cardio, I yoga. I prefer a low carb style diet with mostly whole foods. Oh I probably drink too much wine too.
