True Confessions - Don't Judge

I confess that whilst I don't enjoy running, for sport and/or exercise, I do as a means of fast transportation. However 1st, I am unable to jog because I rely upon the momentum to go further, that running takes me & 2nd, I'm only able to sprint approximately the length of an average parking lot but I fear getting runner's diarrhea {especially since even just walking a couple of miles, often induces a bowel movement}, therefore I never even attempt to.0

I confess I headed straight into yesterday, knowing it was going to be a bust health-wise. I made 2 pans of apple crisp and bought vanilla bean ice cream(for 2 different people). Need I say more?

I confess, being a single mum has never been as hard as it is since my youngest daughter turned 15. I feel more mentally exhausted than I ever have and I feel so guilty even thinking it let alone saying it out loud because I love my two girls so damn much :-(4

This confession will hopefully give you guys a chuckle and let you know how stupid I am. I was walking on the TM, and needed a piece of gum, like right then. So I kept walking, took the gum out of the wrapper and it slipped right through my fingers, onto the tread and disappeared. Oops. I cannot find it anywhere and hope I don't end up gumming the whole thing up.
KQ and 88, wish I could give you each a real hug right now. I've dealt with both and they're both uniquely challenging places to be in. Stay strong, believe in yourself, and you will find the 'other side' of success.1 -

I at one point in 2018 I went from 252 lbs down to 216 then got depressed and slacked off and let myself go and ballooned up to 258.6 lb and at that point I felt it would be easier to just quit vs putting in the work to change.0

Just the other day I was going to shave and my daughter said to me:
"Rockin' the beard, huh? Super cool, I like it; keep it!"
Now I can't shave until it gets unbearably hot or I need to meet face to face with a client.
