    Monday- 1125 Calories- 4.1 Mile Run in 35:00, 3.1 Elliptical in 24:00. 0.3 mile walk. 1 Set Heavy Chest, Shoulders, Back, Biceps, Triceps.

    Monday- 248 calories for 25 minutes of challenge exercises, 199 calories for 20 minutes of running, and 572 calories for 75 minutes of cycling = 1019 calories for today.

    Just added another 21 minute run, for another 209 calories, bringing my total for today up to 1228. Wish it would still let me edit my post, but it won't, so this will have to do. :)
