Hiii anyone out there have go to snacks that are high in carb and protein only. No sugar not fruit either. Rice cakes got that but they’re not high enough I don’t eat carbs a lot and I need to in order to reach my macros for what I’m aiming towards for body goals. Also has to be zero fat if possible or less than 2g ao I can plan accordingly

That's a tough balance to find with all those restrictions. It might be easier to just tweak the proportions in your meals to balance out your macros more.

Also keep in mind that macro goals are just a guide, you don't have to hit them all every day, as long as you're generally hitting the minimums of fat and protein needed for good health.

i mean i'm content eating a small dish of cereal that is typical low in fat and then you could use fat free milk - that is my standard snack before bed most nights

i had 2.25 servings of strawberry frosted shredded wheat last night - probably more sugar than you want - but it was 104g carbs, 2g fat and 11g protein. Add some fat free milk in and voila

Since it looks like you're new: I'm hoping you're not thinking it's necessary to hit your macronutrient goals exactly? (Carbs are particularly flexible, unless you're diabetic/insulin resistant (may need to limit carbs) or an endurance athlete (may need extra carbs for energy). It's good to be close to your protein and fat goals (and OK to be over), though that's for nutrition, not weight management.

Weight is pretty much all about calories (but poor nutrition can cause fatigue or lead to not feeling full, so affect weight management indirectly in the longer run).

If you hit your calorie goal, and are close on macros (a little over one day, a little under the next, especially), everything is fine.

Trying to eat carbs, but not eat sugar . . . well, that makes it harder. Sugar is not the devil, and other carbs are going to quickly become sugars in your body, biochemically, anyway.

Where can I find that infographic? It appears blurry and would be very helpful.

Sorry, I've only seen it here on MFP, in exactly the form I reposted it, i.e., a little blurry. (I assume someone screen grabbed it, or something.) It's readable on a desktop/laptop screen, but on a small device I'm sure it's harder.

If you Google the title line plus the word "macros", and look at the images returned, you can see lots of similar graphics.
