Tuna salad or chicken salad, or leftovers.

Maybe dinner leftovers, and if there isn't much protein, a greek yogurt.

Homemade soup, fruit and half a sandwich. Or some kind of half a pita stuffed with a protein and lots of veggies.

Cauliflower rice and chicken! I get the frozen, steamable cauliflower and always have cooked chicken on hand. I put a bit of Parmesan and salt and pepper on it.

Dinner leftovers or a big salad with protein on it or sometimes I make a batch of something intended for lunches like a stew or rice and beans based dish.

Honestly, I don't have anything really designated as "lunch."
If I have the day off work, then I'll make an actual lunch, but it depends on the day and what's in my fridge.
For work, I usually bring 8-10 "snack" items, being that I work a 12 hour shift and I eat out of boredom, so it helps me to have multiple lower calorie things to ration throughout the day.
Usually tuna packs, cottage cheese, granola bars, oatmeal, and sandwiches with low calorie bread are among those.

One of my favorite lunches is air fried plain green beans (frozen or fresh) dipped in sriracha and air fried tofu dipped in syrup.

I like wraps. My usual lunch is one wrap with a big handful of spinach, 4 or 5 slices of cucumber, 80-100 grams of chicken or turkey, and a swirl of mustard.

Leftovers with some kind of protein with veg or fruit, Greek yogurt with frozen fruit and granola, lunch meat and spinach in a Joseph’s pita, hummus with veggies and crackers, any kind of taco in a corn tortilla.

I usually do vegetables and protein. I'll get cabbage or kale for the week, cook it with some onion or soup mix or curry seasoning, and then add a protein. Or use leftover dinner veggies and protein. Sometimes salad.

    Normally:
Eggs with toast, breakfast sandwich, soup and sandwich, chicken lettuce wrap with ranch/tomatoes/cheese, ceaser salad wrap. Leftovers from dinner. Large salad with protein. Flat out wrap "pizza"

Usually two slices of bread with something simple on it, like a slice of cheese or chicken breast. Which happens to be also my second breakfast. You can't go easier than that.

Lunch is my lowest calorie meal because I like to eat a bigger breakfast and dinner with no snacks. It’s usually 300-400 calories.
Today I made roasted capsicum, eggplant, cabbage, red onion and pumpkin with a can of tuna, avocado and cottage cheese

Usually it's a very large salad. Salad dressing determined by what I have a taste for that day some type of bread/roll and a diet coke.

Tuna fish sandwich, greek yogurt, maybe a banana too. Sometimes I go crazy and switch it up with a turkey sandwich! (I know, I'm a crazy man...)

I've been making a batch of Dal, and eating it every day with rice and various add-ins like avocado, kale, Sriracha or green salsa. I got the recipe from The Whole Foods Cookbook. I tried it on a whim and I really enjoy it and haven't gotten sick of it. I have noticed it is satisfying but I don't feel sluggish after.
