    Had lots of time to do steps at work these past 2 days........here's my updates

    Steps 2600/2500
    Dips 45/60 - - - I will finish these tomorrow and add more steps!!

    wow... I need to get on it like crazy! Sorry for not keeping updated! My personal weapon is all of you guys! Ined lots of help with motivation and I get tons from everyone here! My to is to be accountable to someone other than yourself!

    The five flights of stairs to get to my floor at work helps alot...to bad I only work 3 days a week!!

    I'll try to get some stairs done tomorrow morning before I go out for my family trip to the water park.

    My tip: blogging about the small changes that you notice and blogging about challenges you encounter. I had to write A LOT of posts when I gave up soda in July. Helped keep me on track.
