If you don't want to use a food scale. Using a measuring spoon and measure out a serving.2

I just cover myself in it. Then take my height, do a few mathematical equations and it all works out.3 -
Do you not have a scale?
Best scale way - put spread on there are Tare it out (set to zero) then take what you want - the resulting negative number is your current serving4 -
