SERVING SIZES ON SPREADS

Hi, what’s the easiest way to make sure you’re getting the correct serving size in peanut butter, vegemite etc. I know it’s usually 15-20grams however how could you measure that without a scale

    If you don't want to use a food scale. Using a measuring spoon and measure out a serving.

    I just cover myself in it. Then take my height, do a few mathematical equations and it all works out.

    Do you not have a scale?

    Best scale way - put spread on there are Tare it out (set to zero) then take what you want - the resulting negative number is your current serving
