I’d like to bake some cookies or brownies or something for my dad. He’s got cancer and diabetes and consistently just eats sugar like he shouldn’t 😡 I know cancer cells can also feed of sugar so I’m trying to find some recipes to satisfy his sweet tooth without causing multiple problems.
He is NOT a health nut though so these are going to have to taste EXCELLENT!
Thank you in advance!

I’ve never tried these, but I want to. They sound like a healthy enough sweet treat.0 -
these are very, very good - i often make them without the chips and replace the sugar with coconut sugar (i'm sure stevia or xylitol would work, as well). they are extremely delicious and the glycemic load is super low.

Those peanut butter brownies sound great. I may have to try those too, but with almond butter!0
