What food products did you forget about but recently rediscover?

Growing up I LOVED the Oreo cookie 100-calorie packs. Recently bought for the first time in YEARS, which got me thinking: why don't I buy these more often? Some others that come to mind... Skinny Cow ice cream sandwiches, Kashi oatmeal/chocolate chip cookies, Snyder's pretzel rods...

I'm curious: what are some products you used to be obsessed with, forgot about and recently rediscovered?

Corn tortillas. I haven't had them in a while and completely forgot how delicious they can be. One weird thing I do is spread a bit of butter and parmesan on them and stick them in the microwave for like 45 seconds.
Also, a basic food I just weirdly forgot about - honey. Been really enjoying it on toast recently.3 -
The wasabi mayonnaise I used to buy in Amsterdam but can't find in London. Found an online shop that carries it. The wasabi is not uniformly distributed in this brand. There are little granules of wasabi taste explosion.

I do this too! And corn tortillas + butter + sugar (like lefse kind of)2 -
I didn't have a Magnum Almond for many years, for good reason. Now with the lockdown, hubby bought a sickpack of them, but they don't taste like they used to. The icecream is not so firm anymore, more like an italian gelato.
I used to have them 10 minutes out of the freezer before eating them, now I have to hurry or they will melt.
And my freezer is colder now than my old one, so that cannot be the reason.
Anyone else experienced this?

Chia seeds. I like them. I was on a chia seed kick a few months ago, and there is still a half full package in my freezer. I just kind of forgot about it. Yesterday, out of nowhere, I decided to add a spoonful to my milk tea to make faux bubble tea. I woke up this morning and my first thought was "I'm going to make this again this evening".
Something I haven't had in a while: pizza. This is how it usually is for me, though. I eat it, stop thinking about it, then remember it again several weeks or months later.2 -

Used to do this all the time. Decided to try it again but realized the wraps have soy flour in them. So had to skip as I have developed a soy intolerance/allergy in the years since. I was so sad! They made a great little pizza that was low calorie. Once I can spend more time in the grocery I will see if I can find another wrap that will work.0 -

Oh wow, I looked up my two alternatives and both of them have soy flour in them as well! That's tough!1 -

Froot Loops has been my quarantine rediscovery. Seriously. I mostly prefer unsweetened cereals like Cheerios or Rice Krispies, but friggin Froot Loops, man. Bomb.0

This is the correct way to Froot Loop. I could eat a whole box of this in one sitting, until the roof of my mouth was destroyed!

Soy is in so much. Luckily soy oil and lecithin don't cause me problems now. I had to cut all soy out of my diet 5 or 6 years ago due to a medical condition that is very food sensitive. When I started adding things back in, soy was one of the first (Asian food). Now not only did it cause a flare up of my medical stuff I ended up getting super sick and a rash when I ate it. I still remember standing in the grocery store in tears because I wasn't feeling well and all I wanted was a frozen meal like I had as a kid, but they all had soy protein in them (like the fried chicken).
I do use mini naan as a pizza crust at times, but it is more calories then the Flatout wraps. Tasty though.0 -
recently rediscovered my love for salmon!1
