On strict keto 11 days , gained 1,5kg. Need help

Pls anyone can help me and tell me what I’m doing wrong ? . I’m on this diet 11 days . Keto sticks dark purple for the last 5 days . But instead loosing weight I’m putting on. Thank you 🙏

Are you weighing and measuring all food and drink on a digital scale? Many people think keto means they can eat over their calorie goal--then they gain. You need a deficit to lose whatever you decide to eat. Good luck.16

You can be in ketosis and lose, gain or maintain weight.
You haven't mentioned calories which are what determines overall fat loss, gain or maintenance and your food diary is private.
You haven't mentioned how you are estimating your food intake.
But I would say that 11 days really doesn't mean much at all - every time you substantially change your diet, activity or exercise you really need to give it a month to start to see a trend.13 -
1. losing weight depends on eating less calories than you burn - doesnt matter if that is via keto diet or any other diet including unnamed diet
2. 11 days is not very long - try to log as accurately as you can for 1 month and then review.
2. if you provide your stats (height, current wieght, gender, activity level) and open your diary, people can give some constructive advice about what /how much you are eating.13 -
I eat keto. You still need to track calories on keto. If you have been told otherwise they are wrong.10

I second this. I gained weight on keto too. I was logging my calories, and I found myself overeating more often than not. Sure enough, I gain just as much weight as my calorie surplus predicted. If keto doesn't reduce your appetite (it didn't reduce mine, in fact, it increased it), it's very easy to overeat because keto foods are often high in calories.13 -

Did you take your measurements before keto and again now? Are your measurements down? If so congratualtions you've gained muscle and lost fat! The new muscle will help burn more fat int he future.

There's no indication that OP is doing any sort of resistance training and nobody puts on significant muscle weight in eleven days.8 -

In 11 days? You can't be serious. No one not on junk gains anything more than minimal muscle in 11 days. And 1 lb of muscle burns about 6 to 8 calories additional per day. If you lose fat, the net on that is less as fat is metabolically active at about 4 calories per day.5
