Welcome to the May challenge, new month new challenge ๐ and I welcome all new 1st timers๐
Wow what a month April has been, with a lot of us still finding ourselves at home with a lot more time on our hands!?! For a lot of us May looks like it will be the same
Iโve joined one of these groups in april 2019 best thing I ever done, lost 32 lb between April and July and another 7lb in sept. Itโs really nice to see how others are getting on๐
Give yourself a motivation, this seems to work for me, maybe you have a summer/ winter holiday booked, a party invite or just want to lose those Christmas bellies!
Never too late to start. If your reading this challenge half way through the month you can still join in!๐
Pick your own goal, check in once per week and at the very end of the month. Let's keep encouraging each other & staying focused on our individual goals.
You can change the dates to suit you, but try to keep it weekly as it shows off the weekly progress better๐

Hi all
I need to up my walking as Iโve become complacent whilst in isolation, so my goal this week is to do more steps, even if itโs following a you tube walking channel. Good luck everyone4 -
I'm in! Tweaking the dates a bit as I weigh in on Mondays! Had a bit of a bumble of a month last month due to some SERIOUS stress eating and my body just holding onto everything due to stress. Finally heading back down the scale...Here's to a better/healthier month!

I'm in for May! Plan is to focus more on timed eating....exercise daily fasted and eat after in hopes the calories will go more to muscle and not fat. I will continue with little to no salad dressing which is my big calorie bomb. And experiment with drinking more hot water with lemon or lime and green tea.

Ultimate goal weight: when I feel good and happy how I look, but would like to get to approx 18% body fat so my joints can keep up with me...

I'm in. I need to get down to 160 so I can move around easier. Then down to 135 to feel good and healthy again. So, 18 lbs is the mini goal, 43 is the main goal.
Goals:
- 2 or 3 meals a day wih no snacks
- no eating after 8pm
- 10 cups of water
- going to bed before midnight
- walk 2-3 times a week
- net carbs less than 45gr

I'm in. Going to have to be stricter this month, working nights is my main struggle. Planning on taking packed meals to work, going for a walk every day - no excuses, and no more snacking during lockdown.
