Looking forward to this challenge for accountability. I've been using the coronavirus Stay Home order as an excuse to comfort eat which pushed my weight back up into the 140's. Last week I finally said enough is enough, NO MORE EXCUSES, time to buckle down and start logging food in MFP again. Happy to see I'm finally back into the 130's this first day of May.

Thank you for this accountability challenge. I spent April -- "doing my thing" so I could see what my habits are and what needs improvement. Over the years, my weight has fluctuated up and down 15 to 25 pounds. The only real success I have had is consistent exercise and diet. With that said, I eliminated alcohol from my diet and that has made a significant and rapid change in my weight, how I feel, and how I look. More on that later - or PM me if you have questions.
