Here's hoping May is more productive than April. Granted, most of April was filled with stress, stress, and stress which caused a steep decline in my ability to lose weight--hopefully that stress is in the past and I can start walking my normal 15k-20k steps every day again and my weight loss resumes back to it's typical -6 pounds a month routine.
