Need motivation to get your daily steps in?

This is a monthly challenge to get your steps in. Our main goal is to keep activate every day!

It's easy to join - You set what your daily/monthly step count is. You can also jump in anytime during the month, too.

You will need a step counter, i.e., FitBit, Apple Watch, Garmin or whatever other tracker you use, to keep track of your steps and then post your results daily here.

FYI: This group was formerly known as "Monthly Step Challenge."

    This is Jesse. This is my first MFP challenge. The community is teaming with alot if physical activity. I am in for 7000 steps each day.

    May 5: 10934 (thanks to my neighbor pushing me!)

    That makes 18 days straight of reaching my goal! And 18 days of sticking to my diet! Lost 5 lbs since i started this app 6 weeks ago. If I can do it.... anyone can! Trust me.... you got this!
