Hiya
I have lost 28lbs since mid feb using low fat 1200 cals a day. For the last 4 weeks i have gone up and down a lb.
What am i doing wrong? I walk 10,000 steps a day which i think works out around 500 cals and do some weights nothing extreme.
What else can i try.
Thanks in advance.

Do you weigh and log everything that you eat/drink? If no, I'd start there.6

If you open your diary, we may be able to help you troubleshoot.3

Hiya
Yes i weigh and log all that i eat.
Example today was
Breakfast: 3 egg white's scrammbled with 2 veggie sausages
Lunch: salad with tin of tuna in brine
Dinner: beans on 2 slices of wholemeal toast no butter.
1 apple and 1 banana as snacks.
Most days are the same kind of foods.

It's going to be really difficult to give specific feedback without being able to see your diary. "Beans" could be anything.6 -

On the website, you go to Setting/Diary Settings. You can find the option to make your diary public there. You can always change it back to private once you get some feedback.0 -
Great thanks hopefully its visable now0

I can see it. It looks like logging accuracy might be something you could get some value from focusing on. You've got some entries that look really vague ("White Rice - A Bowl of White Rice, 1 standard bowl") and others that are less accurate than they could be (how do you measure three tablespoons of chickpeas accurately?). Two cups pasta, three hot dogs, lots of generic entries. Your overall days look pretty low, but the thing is with these measurements you can't be confident that they really *are* that low. I would focus on that and only adjust your calories once you have a better idea what you're actually eating.6 -
Thanks janejellyroll i will try that and see how i get on. Thanks for the help0
