Weightloss stopped

Hiya
I have lost 28lbs since mid feb using low fat 1200 cals a day. For the last 4 weeks i have gone up and down a lb.

What am i doing wrong? I walk 10,000 steps a day which i think works out around 500 cals and do some weights nothing extreme.

What else can i try.

    Hiya
    Yes i weigh and log all that i eat.

    Example today was

    Breakfast: 3 egg white's scrammbled with 2 veggie sausages

    Lunch: salad with tin of tuna in brine

    Dinner: beans on 2 slices of wholemeal toast no butter.

    1 apple and 1 banana as snacks.

    Most days are the same kind of foods.

    On the website, you go to Setting/Diary Settings. You can find the option to make your diary public there. You can always change it back to private once you get some feedback.
