Well not gone quite to plan this year but still working hard and although not losing much not gaining either so that's a plus!0

So after 2 weeks resting due to severe back pain I am going for it, aiming to get 13,000 steps in a day and regular exercising although I might have a adapt due to back and knee !2

I get pains as well and have to slow or quit for a few days. I am using gofit pro tubes and watching youtube videos for motivation. I am using a garmin fit tracker for steps...what are you using?0
