    Well not gone quite to plan this year but still working hard and although not losing much not gaining either so that's a plus!

    So after 2 weeks resting due to severe back pain I am going for it, aiming to get 13,000 steps in a day and regular exercising although I might have a adapt due to back and knee !

    I get pains as well and have to slow or quit for a few days. I am using gofit pro tubes and watching youtube videos for motivation. I am using a garmin fit tracker for steps...what are you using?

    Ok so for next month changing things around with calories and exercises lots more yoga and pilates to improve flexibility. On wards and upwards folks!
