    1. Open a search engine/recipe app of your choice.
    2. Type either ‘pork chop recipes’ or ‘chicken recipes’
    3. Peruse, choose, cook and enjoy! 🤷‍♀️

The internet is a many splendoured thing! 😉

I like to leave some chicken marinating in ziplock bags in the fridge for a day or two, then just throw on the foreman grill! So easy when you need a decent meal. I like using Italian dressing for one bag, and I make up a lemon pepper marinade for another bag :) mmmm and my bf loves it too!

I have stopped eating meat, but when I did have them in my diet, I would marinade them for a couple of hours (for example, honey and soy sauce with minced garlic, it was delicious with chicken and pork), then throw them on the frying pan with a bit of olive oil, cook them until they are done, and serve with rice and some vegetables.

I also used to like pounding chicken breasts, then putting cheese and green pesto inside, and wrapping the thinned chicken breasts around the filling. I would then dip them first in an egg mix, and bread crumbs afterwards. Then I could put them in the oven and let them cook. It was delicious with roasted potatoes.
