Protein snack ideas

Heyo!

I am struggling to meet my protein target, and I am trying to incorporate more protein filled snacks into my day but I’m coming up short on ideas. I love fruits and veggies so they make up a big portion of my diet! I am 5’7, 118 lbs and trying to build some muscle.

Anyone have any suggestions?

One of the thing I eat to get a great protein boost is greek yogurt with chocolate protein powder. Kind of has the flavor and texture of chocolate mousse. I can get about 35 or 40 grams of protein in with that and it's quick and delicious.

They make little single serving, pre-seasoned (or plain) tuna pouches. They're usually like a dollar each. 70-100 ish calories and 12-15g protein.

Some scrambled eggs during the day always make me hit my protein goal easily and they’re low calorie and very filling. My breakfast yesteday below!

How much protein are you trying to get? My go-to snacks, especially when cals are higher: cottage cheese, protein shake, protein pancakes/mug cake with fruit and syrup or peanut butter, tuna salad on a bagel, cocktail shrimp, eggs (usually in an egg sandwich with ham and cheese), Greek yogurt with protein powder and crushed Oreo thins

peanut butter (half a tablespoon to a tablespoon)
    tuna (small can)
    milk (skim)
    nuts (about 50 calories worth)
eggs (a hard boiled egg has 70 cals)

    Tuna in a can.

Don't sleep on it. It's like 20g of protein and minimal on everything else.
    Truly a superfood

    String cheese
    Crispy chickpeas or broad beans
    Dry-roasted soybeans
    Lupini beans
    Puppodums or other chickpea-flour foods
Plain greek yogurt with chocolate PB2 and frozen fruit mixed in
Nuts are good but more fat than protein - but I assume you're not trying to lose weight so that should be OK

Beef and turkey jerky. If you don't mind that surimi sticks are highly processed, it's is high protein, easily portable and low in calories.
